Let’s start with the obvious:
9:00 p.m. is late for moms.
By 9:00 pm, you may have already made dinner, cleaned the kitchen, checked homework, found the missing permission slip, answered three school emails, reminded someone to take a shower and wondered why there is suddenly no clean laundry.
You are tired. I know.
But that is exactly why
Broward Mom Collective and Elevate Your Skills are hosting AI for Moms: After Bedtime on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. ET.
This 90-minute virtual workshop is designed for moms who are carrying too much and want practical help making everyday life feel more manageable.
This is not a technical class filled with confusing language. It is a mom-life class that uses AI to help you save time, get organized and reduce some of the mental load you carry every day.
Moms Are Not Just Completing Tasks
Moms are also remembering everything for everyone.
You remember the school forms, appointments, grocery list, practices, birthdays, spirit days, medications, family plans and the fact that someone needs a white shirt by tomorrow morning.
It can feel like there are 47 tabs open in your brain—and none of them will close.
During AI for Moms: After Bedtime, I will show you how tools like ChatGPT can help you turn all those scattered thoughts into simple plans, checklists, messages and routines.
No complicated technology. No pressure to become an AI expert. Just practical ways to make your life easier.
What Can AI Actually Help a Mom Do?
A lot more than write social media posts.
Plan meals without the 5:00 p.m. panic
You can ask AI to create meal ideas based on what your family likes, what is already in your refrigerator, your budget or how much time you have available.
It can also create a grocery list and organize it by department, so you are not walking back across the store because you forgot something in produce.
Organize your family’s schedule
You can take a messy list of appointments, practices, errands and reminders and ask AI to organize everything into a manageable weekly plan.
You do not necessarily need another planner. You may simply need help sorting everything already living in your head.
Handle school and activity communication
Moms spend a surprising amount of time reading, replying, organizing and rewriting.
AI can help you draft a polite email to a teacher, turn a long school message into a checklist, summarize activity instructions or rewrite information so it is easier for the entire family to understand.
Plan vacations, weekends and holidays
AI is not only useful for chores.
It can help compare destinations, suggest family activities, build itineraries, plan a weekend close to home and organize holiday tasks.
Instead of spending three evenings researching a family trip, you can begin with a clear plan in minutes.
Yes, It Is Late. But This Is Time Well Spent.
I know joining a workshop at 9:00 p.m. may feel like one more thing on your already-full schedule.
Come in your pajamas. Bring your drink. Sit on the couch or get comfortable in bed. This is called After Bedtime for a reason.
Here is my promise: if you participate during these 90 minutes and use what you learn, you will leave with at least one practical way to save time.
That may mean planning dinner faster, answering emails more easily, organizing the week or finally getting all those reminders out of your head.
And perhaps the time you invest with us on Wednesday night will help you get to bed a little earlier next week.
What If You Cannot Attend Live?
You can still participate.
A recorded version of the program will be available for moms who cannot attend on August 19, prefer to learn on their own schedule or would rather watch the workshop after the live event.
The live class gives you the opportunity to participate, try prompts and ask questions. The recording gives you flexibility to pause, practice and return to the material when it works for you.
Either way, you will receive practical guidance you can begin using immediately.
You Do Not Need to Be “Good at Technology”
This workshop is beginner-friendly and created for everyday moms.
You do not need a paid ChatGPT account. You do not need special software. You do not need to understand complicated AI terms.
You only need to bring one repetitive, frustrating or time-consuming part of your life that you would like to make easier.
We will start there.

Moms are often the people making life easier for everyone else.
This workshop is an opportunity to learn how AI can make a few things easier for you.
You may still have laundry. You may still have school forms. You may still hear, “What are we eating?” approximately six minutes after cleaning the kitchen.
But you will have better tools for handling it all.
